Matt Price has been a professional stand-up comedian for about 15 years and is one of the best on a the circuit without a doubt. His life hasn’t been without it’s hardships, struggles and battles but he’s responded in the most positive, inspiring and utterly moving way. In his podcast, Conversations with Criminals he speaks to ‘retired’ offenders about what and why they committed their crimes. Matt, with his absorbingly warm nature and personal experience of seeing his girlfriend Martha [also a comedian] earns their trust instantly. Have a listen: https://apple.co/36t6lvm

Dom Mackie is Britain’s youngest sellout comedian and one of the most promising acts on the circuit, I will be supporting him at The Portland Arms on Wednesday 15th May. This is one of many of his dates for his successful tour, Poor Life Choices.
Jovan Lugave and Philip Luswata are both excellent actors with huge hearts which is absolutely evident in the vision behind the Playwrights’ Playhouse. These episodes absolutely standalone as amazing conversations but it’s intriguing to listen to Philip’s episode immediately after Jovan’s. His influence on Jovan’s career felt very intertwined with the inspiration behind the Playwrights’ Playhouse.
Nathan Gibbons is new to stand-up comedy but has worked really hard to get his craft good enough to take a show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, I really admire his determination and ambition which I’m sure will pay off.
